چکیده

Trichoderma spp., which widely exist in nature, are always used as plant growth-promoting stimulants. However, there is little reporting about the combined use of strains to promote growth plants. We explored two different (Trichoderma atroviride LX-7 and citrinoviride HT-1) a mixture on effects pakchoi. In this study, vitro-promoting traits were determined, six treatments used: T. LX-7, HT-1, mixtures these (1:1, 1:2 2:1) no inoculation seed germination pot experiment. The results showed that T.atroviride HT-1 had ability siderophore indol acetic acid (IAA) production, capacity for potassium solubilization. highest percentage (GP), energy (GE), index (GI), vitality (VI) radicles plumules was observed + (1:1) combination, biomass quality plants (1:2) (followed by single or strain inoculation), while lowest values obtained untreated seeds On basis greater benefits pakchoi, making formulation attractive future field applications.

Effect of Kelp Waste Extracts on the Growth and Development of Pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.)

To explore the effects of kelp waste extracts (KWE) on the growth and development of Brassia chinensis L., germination and greenhouse experiments were carried out under different concentrations of KWE. The results showed that a higher germination percentage (95%), associated with high germination index (8.70), germination energy (71.67%) and seedling vigor index (734.67), was obtained under a l...

Effects of Combined Amendments on Growth and Heavy Metal Uptake by Pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.) Planted in Contaminated Soil

Remediating soils with heavy metals contamination is a significant challenge. This study investigated the co-remediation effect when paired soil amendment mixtures were used to treat soil contaminated by Pb, Cd, and Zn. The three mixed amendments are: 1) micro particle hydroxyapatite (mHAP) and humic acid 2) nano particle hydroxyapatite (nHAP) and humic acid 3) sepiolite and humic acid. Co-reme...

Sulfur Protects Pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.) Seedlings against Cadmium Stress by Regulating Ascorbate-Glutathione Metabolism

Cadmium (Cd) pollution in food chains pose a potential health risk for humans. Sulfur (S) is a significant macronutrient that plays a significant role in the regulation of plant responses to diverse biotic and abiotic stresses. However, no information is currently available about the impact of S application on ascorbate-glutathione metabolism (ASA-GSH cycle) of Pakchoi plants under Cd stress. T...

Evaluation of Phytoavailability of Heavy Metals to Chinese Cabbage (Brassica chinensis L.) in Rural Soils

This study compared the extractability of Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn by 8 extraction protocols for 22 representative rural soils in Taiwan and correlated the extractable amounts of the metals with their uptake by Chinese cabbage for developing an empirical model to predict metal phytoavailability based on soil properties. Chemical agents in these protocols included dilute acids, neutral salts, and ...
